Peace day in Agustinos with an Erasmusplus project wink

Finally this Friday we have celebrated the Peace Day in our school. It ends a week in which we have organized different activities in every year. On Friday, we celebrate a festival in which all teachers and students take part. It is an special occasion where we all meet in the school pavilion and send out our message of peace and tolerance.
.
This year’s festival has been something special for our Erasmus Plus commission as 1st and 2nd ESO tutors have prepared and exhibition with their classes related to our project “Europe, let’s stay together”.

Each class was dressed as one of tour project's  participant countries (Germany, France, Cyprus, Romania, Ireland and, of course,  Spain) and they prepared a dance performed along with their teachers. Meanwhile, at the back there were other students with the message “Europe, let’s stay together”.

It has been very emotional for all the people involved in this project. We love it.Well done!!!

Day Against Racism and Xenophobia in Agustinos Alicante

This week Agustinos Alicante school is celebrating the  'School's Non Violence and Peace Week' and Erasmus+  team has organized an event that we call "The Day Against Racism and Xenophobia" which is integrated in our project aims and will be celebrated every year from now on.
This year we have prepared an activity in which all the school students have participated. They come to the school  with laces of different colours. Then, in one of the school fences  we have tied the the bows, symbolizing that  all races are equal and they can live together in peace.
